From enquiry to dispatch
How export orders work.
Each enquiry is reviewed individually so the products, paperwork and delivery arrangements can be confirmed.
01 / ENQUIRE
Send your enquiry.
Tell us your country, contact details, products of interest and quantity. Business customers should include their company name and the details of the intended importer.
02 / REVIEW
Confirm the requirements.
We review the destination, customer information and documentation needed for the proposed order. Import permissions and end-user information may be required.
03 / QUOTE
Review the quote.
We provide product pricing, proposed freight arrangements and an estimated lead time. Payment terms and the scope of supply are confirmed with your quote.
04 / DISPATCH
Arrange shipment.
Dispatch follows completion of the required approvals and agreed order conditions. We confirm the shipping arrangements and provide tracking information for the shipment.
Documentation & approvals
Confirm the paperwork
before dispatch.
Export and import requirements depend on the proposed shipment and destination.
New Zealand export requirements
True-Flite manages the New Zealand export paperwork for accepted orders. Where an export permit is required, shipment is subject to the necessary approval.
Destination requirements
The customer or importer must obtain the required local permissions and supply the supporting documentation we request. New Zealand export approval does not replace destination or transit-country requirements.

Export questions
Before you enquire.
Can you export to my country?
Contact us with your destination and enquiry. Export availability depends on the products, recipient, required approvals and shipping arrangements. A region appearing on this page does not mean every shipment to it is automatically approved.
Who handles export and import paperwork?
True-Flite handles the New Zealand export paperwork for the orders we accept. The customer or importer is responsible for obtaining the permissions required at the destination and providing supporting documents when requested.
Will you need an end-user certificate?
An end-user certificate or other supporting information may be required. We will identify the documents needed for your proposed order during the review.
How long will an export order take?
We provide an estimated lead time with the quote. Production, permit processing, freight and customs clearance can affect the delivery date, so timing is confirmed for each order.
Can dealers and manufacturers enquire?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from licensed dealers, distributors, gunsmiths and manufacturers. Include your company details, destination and expected quantities.
Can I contact an agent instead?
Yes. Visit our worldwide agents page to find the listed contacts for your country.
