New Zealand export approval and UK import permissions are separate requirements. True-Flite handles New Zealand export paperwork for accepted orders. Your UK importer is responsible for confirming the destination requirements with the relevant authorities and providing the necessary documentation.

Can UK customers enquire directly with True-Flite?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from UK shooters, registered firearms dealers, gunsmiths and manufacturers. Include your location and the details of your proposed UK importer or receiving dealer, where applicable.
Where are True-Flite barrels made?
Our rifle barrels are manufactured in Gisborne, New Zealand. The range includes 416R stainless steel barrels and carbon-wrapped barrels built around a stainless steel core.
Can I view the available contours and chamberings?
Yes. Our contour guide, calibre and twist list, and chamberings page provide catalogue references. Contact us to confirm current availability.
Who handles the export and import documentation?
True-Flite manages New Zealand export paperwork for accepted orders. The UK customer or importer is responsible for confirming and obtaining the permissions required at the destination. We review the proposed arrangements before dispatch.
Does a firearms certificate cover every import requirement?
Do not assume that one document covers every shipment. Confirm the requirements for the specific goods and circumstances with your UK importer, registered firearms dealer and the relevant authorities.
How long will a UK order take?
An estimated lead time is provided with your quote. Production, approval processing, courier transit and customs clearance all affect timing; the delivery date is confirmed for the individual order.
